Pupkewitz Toyota Celebrates Outstanding Performance at the 2025 Toyota Awards

Pupkewitz Toyota proudly announced a series of exceptional achievements across multiple divisions at the 2025 Toyota Awards, recognising excellence in Parts, After Sales, Sales, Hino, and long-standing service within the Group. Pupkewitz Toyota Windhoek was awarded Bronze in the Non-Pyramid of Excellence Awards for Parts Turnover, celebrating the highest net parts turnover for the 2025 calendar year, with Eric Rosemann as the awardee. Toyota Oshakati also earned recognition under the Pyramid of Excellence Certificates for Customer Service – Parts, with Nicodemus Namwandi named Runner-Up in the Small Dealer Category for outstanding performance in CSDP criteria, maintaining a minimum 80% NPS score and achieving annual parts purchase targets. In sales performance, Pupkewitz Toyota Windhoek received Pyramid of Excellence Certificates in both New Vehicle Sales and Automark within the Mega Dealer Category. Hino Pupkewitz secured a Top 10 national position for achieving an SDP score of at least 80% across the year, reflecting strong consistency and customer commitment. The Group also celebrated long service milestones, with 50 years recognised at Pupkewitz Toyota Windhoek and 25 years at Pupkewitz Toyota Tsumeb. Etienne Steenkamp stated that these awards reflect the dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment of the teams, highlighting that each achievement reinforces Pupkewitz Toyota’s position as a leading force in the automotive industry.
