Afraid to come to us to service your Nissan? Do you want to keep contact with other people to a minimum and avoid crowded places? Staying home more often as a result of the coronavirus pandemic?

No Worries. We’ll come to you, pick up your car and deliver it after it has been serviced or repaired. With our handy pick-up and drop-off service, having your car serviced or repaired could not be easier. We will happily pick up your vehicle from your home or office and drive it back to our shop to be serviced. We will then return it when our work is complete.

We are encouraging customers to take advantage of this pickup and drop-off service to minimize the chance of spreading the COVID-19 virus.

How Vehicle Pickup and Delivery Works:

  • First you schedule an appointment (either via telephone on 061 291 6800 or via our website on the following link: /service-parts/booking/ ) and indicate to the service advisor or bookings clerk that you want to make use of our pickup and drop-off service and what time will be most convenient to you.
  • Indicate a convenient car drop-off spot. This could be at your workplace or even your home.
  • Then, on the day of the service, we will contact you to confirm pickup of your vehicle, and we take your car to our shop where we do maintenance, repair or whatever you requested.
  • If we ever need your approval to order parts or perform specific repairs, we’ll call or text you.
  • We bring your car back where we found it along with any replaced parts and a detailed invoice.
  • Before delivery of your vehicle, we will require an EFT proof of payment or you can make use of our very convenient PayToday app (Download the PayToday App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and complete the short registration process).
